Bok Choy - Tall White (6-pack)
Planting: For fall growing, plant 6"-12" apart in full sun in well-draining soil rich in organic matter, as these plants are heavy feeders (soil can be amended with compost and/or worm castings). For spring, plant in partial shade.
Watering: water consistently and keep soil evenly moist, as drought can cause plant to bolt to seed.
Harvesting: can be harvested young, or when it reaches 8" to 10", harvest before it flowers, by cutting the entire plant at soil level with a sharp knife, taking care not to trim off the base, which holds the leaves together.
