An heirloom variety of brussel sprouts that grow to a compact size, about 20", and provide anywhere from 50-100 brussel sprouts per plant! Brussel sprouts are delicious roasted, shredded fresh into a salad, baked or air-fried into chips, or even sauteed and stir-fried!

Does best in early spring and late summer, matures 48-50 days after transplant, or sooner.
