• A delightful rainbow mix of swiss chard that provides tender, slightly wrinkled leaves and crunchy ribs. Can be eaten raw or cooked similarly to spinach (steamed, sauteed, in stir-fries). 

    Grows well in spring, summer and fall, mature at 28 days for baby swiss chard, 55 days for bunching (large individual leaves).
