A standard green swiss chard that provides medium green, slightly crinkled leaves and crunchy light green or white ribs. Can be eaten raw or cooked similarly to spinach (steamed, sauteed, in stir-fries). Especially heat and frost hardy.
Grows well in spring, summer and fall, mature at 25 days for baby swiss chard, 50 days for bunching (large individual leaves).
