Sow and Grow: Create Plantable Seed Paper Greeting Cards

Join us for our August Sow and Grow to learn how to transform recycled paper into plantable seed paper greeting cards! Seed paper is an eco-friendly paper alternative that is embedded with non-invasive plant seeds. Once the paper has been used, it can be put into soil to grow plants rather than thrown away. After the workshop, you can gift the greeting cards or plant them yourself to watch wildflowers grow.

This introductory, hands-on workshop is great for all ages. Kids are welcome!

Schedule:

• 12:30-1 pm - Setup (help is welcome)

• 1-2 pm - Volunteer activity (farm and garden bed maintenance)
