Chinese mustard leaves are broad and flat veined and can be toothed and lobed and it has a pungent, spicy and strong in taste. This plant is native from China and some parts of southern Asia. They are usually salted, pickled, and otherwise preserved, while some more tender varieties can also be eaten fresh.
