Chili Dipping Sauce (Hainanese Chicken Rice)

    Ingredients:
    -Red pepper
    -Ginger
    -Garlic
    -Salt
    -Sugar
    -Lemon juice

Instructions:
1. Blend chopped red peppers, ginger, and garlic. Remove pepper seeds for less heat.
2. Add salt and sugar to taste.
3. Add lemon juice to taste.
*Stores well in fridge for up to two months
