Sow & Grow Community Days

Hosted on the 2nd Saturday of every month hosted by the Valley Verde team!

Sow & Grow Days will begin with a Community Workshop and follow with Volunteering and/or a fun activity! Gain new knowledge and skills, then get the chance to apply the skill you learned (if applicable), meet and work alongside other passionate community members, and connect with the land!

Contribute to the local food justice movement by Sowing & Growing with us!

School
School Volunteering Partnership

Valley Verde proudly partners with high schools and universities to help students gain volunteering field experience and hours. If you are part of a student group, class, or other school-related organization, please email us at volunteer@valleyverde.org to coordinate a volunteer day or recurring volunteering times with us!

Corporate
Corporate Volunteer Workday & Sponsorship

Volunteer with us to get your workplace involved with a local food justice organization!

Due to the high demand of volunteer workday events, we require corporate groups to
pay 50% of the sponsorship level (based on your group size) to reserve their workday.
This will be eligible for a full refund if canceled 2 weeks in advance.
The remainder of the tax-deductible donation is due on the workday.

To schedule a volunteer workday with your company,
please email us at
volunteer@valleyverde.org

Corporate sponsorships are critical for us to achieve our mission.
The donations help pay for community workshops, supplies, and other items that may not qualify for specific grant expenses, but are imperative as we strive to realize our goals of food sovereignty.

Check out the tax-deductible corporate sponsorship levels below:
