A great green and medium-sized variety of cauliflower, is heat and cold tolerant, great for using fresh, or cooked a variety of different ways. Romanesco is considered to be a hybrid between Cauliflower and Broccoli. Romanesco's taste is more like broccoli, mild and nutty with sweeter notes that lend well to savory pairings.
