A great medium-sized variety of cauliflower, is heat and cold tolerant, great for using fresh, or cooked a variety of different ways.
Grows best in late summer and fall, mature at 68 days.

Cauliflower - Romanesco
Planting: plant seedlings 18"-24" apart, in full sun, in well-draining soil rich in organic matter (can be amended with compost and/or worm castings prior to planting). Enjoys a soil pH range of 6.0 to 7.5.
Watering: keep soil consistently moist, and avoid getting the plant wet when watering to avoid diseases.
Harvesting: cut heads when desired size is obtained but before the heads loosen and separate.
