About the Event

Learn to propagate California native, drought-tolerant shrubs while helping create habitat for pollinators! In this hands-on workshop, attendees will explore three basic propagation methods: seeds, cuttings, and division. Discover how to grow more plants that support healthy, vibrant ecosystems!


Schedule:

  • 12:30-1 pm - Setup (help is welcome)

  • 1-2 pm - Volunteer activity (farm and garden bed maintenance)

  • 2-3 pm - Shrub Propagation with Our City Forest

  • 3-3:30 pm - Cleanup (help is welcome)
